Each 90-minute appointment allows time for an unhurried, face-to-face consultation and personalized care without feeling rushed. The hands-on portion of the service is approximately 60 minutes and includes gentle cleansing, hydration, barrier support, calming massage, and light lymphatic drainage using Circadia’s oncology-approved products. Sessions may include optional guided breathing, grounding, and intention-setting to help quiet the mind and provide a restorative pause from medical appointments.
